Services include assessing needs of the client, developing care plans, assisting clients and clients' families with scheduling appointments in and away from home. Additionally, we advocate for clients to help control costs and ensure proper care at home, in an assisted living facility, or a skilled nursing facility.

Our founding partners hold licences in Occupational Therapy, and are skilled in assessing clients' needs and develop plans that provide clients and families with the best personalized care plan possible. From coordinating with specialty doctors to finding the appropriate living facility, we help you make the tough decisions.

We also use our years of planning expertise to make sure clients' money is well-spent on medically appropriate, affordable care. In planning for current and future care and living situations, we are educated in qualifications for community resource funding such as VA assistance, Waiver Programs, Medicaid. Additionally, we are a resource for a host of other references clients might need.
