Marcia Strall PCM, OTA/L

Marcia has worked as a Professional Geriatric Care Manager for over 30 years with ElderLife Solutions. Marcia is a licensed OTA. She has worked in the area of geriatrics directly with older adults for the past 40 years. Her experience includes a variety of medical settings including, psychiatric, acute and subacute hospital rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, home health, assisted living and outpatient clinics. Marcia and her partner work with families and other professionals in determining appropriate, safe living environment and needed services. Through ElderLife Solutions, Marcia is a member of the Aging Life Network of Geriatric Care Managers. She is also a member of the Ohio Occupational Therapy Association.  Marcia is also a volunteer for the Ohio Department of Insurance OSHIIP Program.

Beth is a Certified Care Manager throughthe National Academy of Certified Care Managers and Ohio Licensed Occupational Therapist who has worked directly with older adults and their families since 1995. She has work experience in all areas of care from acute hospitalization, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, skilled facilities, home health, assisted living and retirement communities. She also has extensive knowledge in the area of case management working closely with nurses and physicians, in addition to speech, physical and occupational therapists, insurance companies and families. Beth has practiced as a Geriatric Care Manager with ElderLife Solutions since 2019. She is involved in the assessment of clients and developing care plans for needed services, coordination and monitoring of these services, determining appropriate living environment and advocacy for the older adult. Beth is a membr of the Aging Life Network, The American Occupational Therapy Association, and the Ohio Occupati.onal Therapy Association
